Date of reception of citizens in Shabran by minister changed

We would like to bring to the notice of residents of Shabran, Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz regions that the date of reception of citizens in the city of Shabran by Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade, previously set for March 29, has been changed in connection with events of national importance.
