In order to connect to telephone and Internet services, you can address to Telecommunications Unit of Aztelekom in the region that you live or apply online.

2. Which documents are required for the connection to telephone services?

Individual subscribers appeal with only ID card in case they are registered in the house; with the house deeds and ID card in case they are not registered in the house;

Individual entrepreneurs appeal with the house deeds, ID card and TIN in case they are registered in the house; ID card, Rental agreement and TIN in case they are not registered in the house;

Legal entities appeal with a letter, TIN, state registration document, rental agreement in case of not being the real estate owner; a letter, TIN, state registration document,real estate document in case of being a real estate owner;

With above documents a contract is concluded with a subscriber.

3. Which documents are required for the connection to Internet?

7. What is Tackart?

"Tac kart" is an universal payment card that enables to make mobile, intercity and international calls over fixed telephone network.
These cards have several advantages:

-  The debts are not calculated for mobile, interurban and international calls made over fixed telephone network.
-  The opportunity to permanently control the balance of the telephone.
-   It is possible to make mobile, intercity and international calls even in case of  "0" code of the telephone is closed.

8. Where can I address for changing Internet speed that I use?

9. Where is it possible to use Tackart payment card?

It is possible to make calls over fixed telephone network both from regions and Baku to any places you want through Tackart payment card.
There are two ways of making a call:

1) *124*Pin code# Yes (to top up balance or get information on remaining balance)

     *178*Pin code# Yes (to make a call only from the regions)

2)  *181* Pin code# city code, telephone number # (to make a call from the whole regions of the Republic including Baku)

10. How long does it take to connect GPON?
